Hello Ken and Nancy,
A few months ago we adopted two kittens. They helped ease the pain when I lost my beloved kitty. I am always always always on high alert with the kittens around doors so they don't get out and I am always telling everyone to be careful with the kittens. I sat on the stool and moved the wet clothes to the dryer and got up once to grab dryer sheets (I just stood up and got them because they sit on top of the washer), threw them in the dryer and turned it on. I had a lot of clothes in there so when I heard the thumping, I didn't think anything of it. I heard the thumping from downstairs and thought it was weird but didn't go check.
